Personable, Genuine, Reliable

I've been a photographer for 10 years and began my career working for the Rivets and Roses studio after receiving my BFA in photography. My work evolved from engagements and weddings to documenting families in 2020. After noticing a gap in the senior portrait industry for queer youth, I began Queer Family Portraits with Eliesa Johnson as a way to offer affirming family sessions for the LGBTQIA+ community.

I hope to make the world a better place by creating and protecting queer spaces. Being part of the queer community holds a special place in the work that I do overall. I find meaning in offering my photography services as a way to support the queer community as it's important to me that everyone has a place where they belong.

My artistic style is a mix of documentary and formal portraiture. I guide clients to ease into being their true selves in front of the camera as much as possible to document the present moment and capture genuine expressions as they happen. I'm excited to showcase the diverse ways people have formed families and provide a platform where everyone can express themselves freely.
